Net Properties Real Estate Brokerage is a local, boutique full service real estate company owned by Dan and Holly Leonard. We decided to name our real estate company NET Properties for one reason and one reason only—
Our goal is to NET you the most from your property. Whether buying or selling, THE NET RESULT in the end is ALL that matters.
Our ideal clients are BOTH Tucson locals AND out of state clients as well as International Foreign Nationals (we’ve worked with clients from as far away as Australia and China).
We specialize in helping both buyers and sellers with residential homes, townhomes, condos, land, luxury homes and investment properties.
We both grew up in Southeastern Michigan where we were high school sweethearts. After graduating high school we had a desire to get to a warmer and sunnier part of the country. In 1993 we relocated to Tucson, AZ to attend the University of Arizona where we both graduated in 1996…Dan with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Holly with a bachelor’s in music. As soon as we graduated college we were all about “work and saving” and we were able to purchase our first home in 1999. From then on, we continued to invest in real estate and didn’t look back. We both loved real estate so much that we decided on a career in real estate as our chosen paths and haven’t looked back since!
We have two amazing sons and have built a wonderful life in Tucson and we also share a home in Northern Michigan where we spend some time each year as well.
In addition to Holly and Dan as co-owners, we also have a 3rd member on the real estate team—Chelsea Johnson who has an extensive customer service background and always eager to help.
